Looking to practice yoga wherever you are? From the comfort of your home and patio, to the great outdoors, and even on your travels, enjoy sessions that start with Pranayama (breath work) in Yin/Restorative poses to begin to connect with ourselves. Experience a unique slow flow blending Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar wiht relaxing Yin/Restorative poses targeting joints, fascia, and ligaments. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, go to your account online or call us. Please cancel 24 hours in advance. Cancellation between 24-6 hours before the class, you will be charged 50% of a class price. Cancellation within 6 houses, you will be charged 100% of a class price. Medical conditions and other emergency incidents can be no penalty. Feel free to contact us within 30 days after the class.
